PrimerViewer is a program written to aid scientists in the selection process of oligos or primer pairs. The program uses an innovative algorithm called Prioritization of Annotated Regions (PAR) to calculate regions of importance for each gene and indicate them to the user. PrimerViewer also simplifies the often tedious task of primer selection by automating the primer selection process for any given region.
